Since 2023, SPELAB has introduced self-developed products such as valve covers, differential covers, and an upgraded 6.7 Powerstroke CCV delete kit. Based on feedback from experienced users, we have added many new features to make installation and driving more user-friendly. Additionally, in 2024, SPELAB launched a self-developed intake manifold.

- Maintenance-free CCV vent port replaces the original CCV (crankcase ventilation) filter, eliminating the need for expensive replacements when the filter clogs.
- It can control crankcase pressure at higher RPMs, ensuring your truck performs at its best.
- Customizable in terms of color and texture, allowing for a personalized rough or smooth finish.
Innovative Highlights of Differential Covers
- External cooling fins increase contact area with the surrounding air, enhancing cooling performance.
- Internal flow channels align with the fluid direction during gear rotation, ensuring maximum flow and better lubrication.
- The use of aluminum alloy material significantly improves cooling performance compared to the commonly used iron materials. Billet products are generally considered more durable and have a longer lifespan than cast products.
- Equipped with an external oil level observation mirror with a floating ball for monitoring oil levels. Traditional observation mirrors may darken over time, reducing visibility. The floating ball allows for oil level monitoring even if the mirror darkens.
- External black wrinkle paint provides rust protection.
6.7 Powerstroke CCV Kit New Highlights
- First optimization: Adds an internal oil catch can that filters 95% of oil particles.
- Second optimization: Adds an external oil catch can to collect the remaining oil particles and filter them 100%, completely solving the oil leakage problem.

SPELAB's Story
For many years, Martin A has been a young man passionate about cars. Since childhood, he was fascinated by car toys, enjoyed watching racing movies, and had endless curiosity about every car. He is not only a car enthusiast but also a dreamer, pursuing the ultimate in car speed and performance.
Martin A self-taught automotive construction courses from a young age, enjoyed disassembling car models, and even bought materials to assemble them, all in pursuit of a higher driving experience. However, as he grew older, he found it challenging to find car parts on the market that met his expectations and could not satisfy his personalized driving experience needs.
This predicament sparked his entrepreneurial determination. In 2017, Martin A decided to leave his family business and venture into the automotive parts field. Martin is a rebellious car enthusiast and the son of a factory owner. His goal was to create parts that could redefine the car upgrading experience—thus, SPELAB was born.
The initial setbacks in entrepreneurship made him deeply understand the complexity of the automotive supplies market and the fierce competition. Each setback was like a bump on the road, but Martin A did not give up. Instead, he viewed each failure as a necessary step forward and a learning opportunity.
In early 2019, SPELAB focused on innovative research and development of the DPF product line. Market research and model selection were the team's priority. However, the fledgling team faced challenges such as limited funds and personnel and difficulties gaining market trust. At a critical moment, the unexpected success of SPELAB's exhaust pipe product injected confidence into the team, prompting them to reassess their product positioning and continuously try innovations.
This challenging entrepreneurial period shaped SPELAB. Every team member has a deep love for cars. They chose not to give up because they understood that the road to entrepreneurship is full of hardships, but every step of struggle represents a true pursuit of dreams. Their story is not just an individual entrepreneur's struggle but a true legend of car enthusiasts. SPELAB is not just a brand; it is a collection of car stories filled with hardships and genuine passion—a philosophical paradise born out of a love for driving.
