HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

To place an order:

  1. Finish adding items to your shopping cart.
  2. Click on the "CHECK OUT" or "Buy with PayPal" button.

  1. You will be transferred to our Customer Information page and prompted to enter your Email address, Name, and Address.
  2. If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the "Discount" field on the right side of the screen, then click "Apply" to update your order total.

  1. Click the "Continue to Shipping Method" button. Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Once verified, click "Continue to Payment".
  2. Enter your payment details. You can check the option to use the same address for shipping and billing if applicable.

  1. Click "Complete Order". You will see an on-screen order summary and confirmation, and receive a second confirmation via email.

WHAT IF THERE ARE ITEMS MISSING OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS WHEN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us via service@spelabautoparts.com or at +1 888 301 8666 (Mon - Fri: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST). Please quote your Order Number and provide proof (image file size under 1MB). We will happily reship the correct item at no extra cost, and you can keep the wrong item as a gift from us!

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY SUBMITTED?

You will receive an email confirmation containing the Order Number and details of your purchase.

I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE MY ITEMS ORDERED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Amending your order is allowed on or before 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order was placed. You may contact us via service@spelabautoparts.com or at +1 888 301 8666 (Mon - Fri: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST) to request such changes.

HOW DO I VIEW WHAT’S IN MY SHOPPING CART?

Click the Cart icon at the top of the page. You can change item quantities directly or click the "Remove" link at the bottom of the listing to delete an item.

HOW DO I REMOVE ITEMS FROM MY CART?

Click the "Cart" icon in the upper-right corner. Find the item you want to delete and click the "Remove" link below the quantity list. The page will refresh automatically to reflect your changes.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE QUANTITY OF A PARTICULAR ITEM IN MY CART?

Click the "Cart" icon in the upper-right corner. Type your desired quantity into the "Quantity" field for that item. The total cost on the right side of your screen will update automatically.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We currently accept PayPal. We are actively working on adding more payment methods in the near future to provide a more convenient shopping experience.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS USING PAYPAL?

Once you finish adding items to your cart, click the "PayPal" button to be redirected to the PayPal website. Please ensure your details are correct for fast and hassle-free processing.

HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?

  1. Click the "Checkout" button once you've selected your items.
  2. On the Customer Information page, fill in the required fields.
  3. Locate the "Discount" field on the upper right side of the page.
  4. Enter your code and click "Apply". Verify that the discount has been deducted from the total price breakdown below.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days. Shipments typically arrive within 7-10 business days, depending on carrier availability and destination. Delays may occur due to Customs clearance, inspections, or unexpected carrier delays.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

A tracking number will be provided in your Shipping Confirmation email. You can track your package at www.17track.net.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

We offer both Free Shipping and Standard Shipping, depending on the total price of the items purchased.

CAN I DELIVER TO ANOTHER ADDRESS, OTHER THAN MY CARD BILLING ADDRESS?

Yes, you can ship to an address different from your billing address.

HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

Orders are shipped on regular business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will be shipped the following Monday.
