Engine Parts
There are numerous engine parts that work together to power and operate an internal combustion engine. Here are some of the essential components commonly found in an engine:
Cylinder, Block, Cylinder, Head,Pistons, Connecting, Rods,Crankshaft, Camshaft, Valves, Timing Belt or Timing Chain, Piston Rings, Bearings, Oil Pump, Gaskets, Timing Components, Fuel Injectors, Spark Plugs
These are just some of the key engine parts, and there are many more components that work together to ensure the engine's proper operation and performance. Each engine design may have variations in terms of specific components and configurations based on factors such as fuel type, aspiration (naturally aspirated or turbocharged), and cylinder arrangement (inline, V, flat, etc.).

Installed on a 14 3500, seamless install maybe takes 10min. Definitely opens intake up. Noticeably more sound. Not sure any performance gains other than throttle response
I’ve purchased the EGR and CCV deletes as well as the upgraded intake manifold, upper radiator hose and thermostat block, and compressed air piping. Overall I am very satisfied with the quality and fit of all of the parts. Some of the instructions could use a little more detail, but if you are in any way mechanically inclined, you’ll be able to do these yourself no problem. I did have to make a very small modification to the aluminum quick connector on the upper radiator hose in order to get it to lock in place, but other than that everything has been great!
Works amazing and easy to install
too good to not change them!
Slowly piecing this thing back together for the freedom meet this weekend 🤟
Needs more blue 💙
I put these on a ugly farm truck with a cammed LS swap and to keep the ugly “sleeper” feel we had these installed and they worked great for us 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Fast delivery and nice finish on parts
I really do think this is the best DPF back I've ever had. I said it in the video, but the fitment here is MUCH better than MBRP or AFE. I have had both and this one installed so much easier, and much higher quality metal
Made wrong didn't fit
Hi yooo sharing some tips to make everybody's life easier! Slip the rubber boots on before fitting the pipe, leave plenty of rubber past each clamp. It's an easy installation.
Great product/quality
The product was delivered sooner than expected and the product is very well made and added a nice touch to my truck.
Surprisingly fast shipping and decent quality with half of big brands price... will come back!
I was already planning to replace the radiator and coolant tube, so getting the reservoir included made this a great value. Parts arrived well packaged and everything looked good out of the box.
Frequently Asked Questions
CCV (Crankcase Ventilation) reroute kits redirect blowby gases away from the turbo and intake system. Without one, oil vapor builds up in your intercooler and intake tract, causing sludge, boost leaks, and reduced turbo life—especially on deleted trucks running higher boost. SPELAB CCV kits for the 2011-2025 6.7L Powerstroke include an integrated oil catch can to trap oil before it enters the engine.
Factory plastic or stamped steel valve covers crack under high crankcase pressure and heat cycles, leading to oil leaks. SPELAB billet and cast aluminum valve covers for Cummins (5.9L/6.7L), Powerstroke (6.0L/6.4L), Duramax (LLY/LBZ/LMM), and Hemi engines provide superior heat dissipation, zero-fade sealing, and built-in oil fill ports. They eliminate the most common leak points on high-mileage diesel engines.
Head studs are essential when pushing beyond factory boost levels—typically above 35 PSI on the 5.9L and 6.7L Cummins 24V—or if you're experiencing head gasket symptoms (white coolant, oil-contaminated coolant). ARP head studs clamp the cylinder heads with 200,000+ PSI force versus factory bolts at roughly 65,000 PSI. For any delete kit or tuning setup that adds significant boost, head studs are non-negotiable to prevent head gasket failure.
The LML (2011-2015) 6.6L Duramax is notorious for a cracked OEM intake elbow—the plastic unit warps and cracks under high heat, causing boost leaks and CELs. SPELAB's intake elbow bridge kit reinforces or replaces the weak factory elbow, restoring proper boost pressure and eliminating P0101/P0299 codes. It's one of the most common maintenance items on high-mileage LML trucks.
A CCV delete removes the system entirely and vents blowby to the atmosphere—simple but not emissions-compliant. A CCV reroute keeps a closed-circuit system, redirecting gases through an oil catch can that traps oil and returns clean air to the intake. SPELAB CCV reroute kits for the 6.7L Powerstroke are the better choice for street-driven trucks: emissions compliance, no oil buildup, and no CEL triggers.
