Improved Fuel Economy and Engine Longevity
An EGR delete helps you restore your diesel engine’s power levels which, in turn, also restores your overall fuel efficiency. Since an EGR delete kit sends the exhaust gas away from your car’s engine, it starts to run cleaner, too. Not only does it make the process increasingly efficient, but it also reduces the chances of DPF (diesel particulate filter) failure. Reduced Engine Temperature
EGR valves naturally contain a high content of soot. When the EGR system’s valve or coolers get clogged with soot, the exhaust gases start to circulate more around the system, resulting in a blockage. As a result, the temperatures around the engine rise and you experience a reduction in the engine’s power. However, when you bypass this, lower exhaust gas is produced. In turn, during operation, your vehicle experiences a reduced engine coolant temperature.

FUNCTION: Coolant temperature run cooler because they are not running through EGR Cooler. Eliminates soot build-up and clogged EGR Valves. Hot exhaust gasses are not being re-routed back into the motor.

After installing this delete kit and the mini maxx tuner my truck is completely different! We're talking instant horsepower! I can smoke a Tesla! Be careful though, I feel like I'm always speeding now without realizing it!
Everything fit pretty well. Feel like the flange that bolts on to the manifold was a little twisted/offset but I was able to make it work.
Was happy to see the kit came complete and seemed well put together.

After installation of my EGR delete kit, I'm happy to say that all the pieces in the kit fit properly and sealed well. I haven't put many miles on, yet, but so far so good.

Overall, great kit. Wish I would have ordered the can bus plugs at the same time. A few modifications were needed to make everything work but nothing too difficult if you can tackle this type of work to begin with.

With my old kit that kept leaking, an abnormal seal size and changed colors as the plastic got warm. I installed the Spelab kit and fits good and have the reassurance of the locking ring to keep it in.
