What does 7‑DAY FREE RETURN mean?
For all orders purchased from August 27 to September 7, you are eligible for 7‑DAY FREE RETURN within 7 days after receiving your items. However, items must be returned undamaged and in resell‑able condition.

Clearance Items Discount
- 20% OFF for selected clearance products: Code CL20. It can be combined with LD2026 in one order for different products.
Can multiple discount codes be stacked on one order?
Discount codes cannot be stacked and applied to the same single item. However, you can enter multiple different codes in one single order. Each individual product will only apply the highest applicable discount code. It means you can Enter Code: LD2026, CL20 togethter.
What is the shipping timeline for my order?
- All items except tuners: Shipped within 24 hours after payment, delivered in 3–7 business days.
- Tuner products: Will be shipped 2 business days later than regular items, delivery lead time remains 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Can I modify or cancel my order after applying the discount code?
Order cancellation or address modification is acceptable before shipment. If the order has already been dispatched, please follow our return & exchange policy to apply for after-sales service. Discount will be recalculated for partial returns.

Can BFCM15 be combined with other coupons/promo codes?
- Yes, it can be combined with other discounts. But one discount can be applied per product. If your cart contains a clearance product and another product, you can apply both "CL20" and "BFCM15." If you have a gift card discount, you can also enter the gift card promo code to deduct the amount.
Why didn’t I see some free gift shown on posters?
- Our free gifts are randomly displayed. You can choose 1 free gifts from them. If you don't need it, pls remove it.
Why did the free gift appear with a price at checkout?
- It might have been removed when you applied BFCM15 in the cart page. You just need to manually enter FREE1 on the checkout page, and be careful not to delete any other discount codes.
